Self-Doubt is the Real Killer

Doubting yourself kills your dreams.

Because self-doubt prevents you from taking action. You move slowly. You avoid taking risks.

Pair that with stalking people — influencers and celebrities — on social media. Now you feel inferior you wonder what’s wrong with you.

And then, without you knowing, you start to hate yourself for being incompetent. For being lazy, poor, and unlucky.

Things get worse. You’re now desperate. You want some answers.

So you follow those people online and try to emulate them, believing that’s the way.

Only to end up unhappy, anxious, and confused.

In your mind, you believe something’s wrong with you.

But you are already enough.

You are enough.

Let’s try this:

Evaluate yourself. Your talents, interests, and curiosities.

What are the things that attract you?

What activities feel like play to you, but work to others?

You don’t have to know everything about yourself.

But you have to trust your instincts. Deep inside you know it.

You know it. You truly know it.

Stop copying others and start believing in your own nature.

Your natural abilities are your leverage.

You are a unique individual.

You are… the only “you” in this world.
