Focus, Energy, and Time

For some people, maybe it’s important for them to focus on writing that album or selling that product.

Or maybe it’s important for them to focus on what’s happening in their country’s politics or the life of that celebrity or their favorite artists.

But for others, it’s not.

If you’re wondering why you’re not moving in the direction you intend to be, ask yourself where you put your focus.

Focusing requires energy. If you’re focusing on the things that don’t matter to you, you’re wasting your energy.

And since energy is finite, you need to regain it. Which means, you also need to spend more time.

The sad truth, however, is you can’t regain time. Time spent on irrelevant things is gone forever.

Imagine the time and energy you’ve wasted because of not focusing on the things that matter to you.

Also, imagine the time and energy you’ve gained (or will probably gain) because of focusing on the right things.
