Focus on What Matters Now

Love.

Kindness.

Generosity.

Empathy.

Hope.

Optimism.

Faith.

These are the things that matter most right now amid the pandemic crisis.

And we have to sharpen our focus on what truly matters. Every single day.

We’re all in this together.

Ask yourself what you can do right now to make a difference.

Spread positivity to any people you know. Remind them the beauty of life. Remind them to support each other.

I don’t have all the answers. And just like most people, I feel scared sometimes. But I’m hopeful that we can figure it out soon.

The biggest thing we can do is to stay healthy — physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually — and look after each other. Of course, don’t forget physical distancing (if necessary).

Listen. Cooperate. Connect.

Stay calm.

Have faith.

We can do this.

Yes we can.
