Every time you lose control and burst anger, you’re releasing energy.
Releasing means reacting. For most people, that’s better than hiding their emotions.
But that doesn’t mean it’s always the way to go.
Reactions are not always valid. Especially if the cause isn’t something you should be angry about.
But yes, it happens.
It’s not about the anger (or the emotions) though. Anger is only a secondary behavior. Every time you’re angry, there’s always something that comes first. And it’s always worth figuring out.
The question is: Does this thing I’m angry with worth my limited energy (and time)?
Almost always it’s not.
Those things don’t really matter on a grand scale.
